Balance support for knee pain

How can Balance Arch Supports Help?

BioMechanics on Foot Support

It is simple. FSI Balance Arch Supports are uniquely designed to support the arches in your feet. When the arches of your feet are supported, your entire body shifts back into alignment. All the compensations caused by over pronation can be reversed.

Supporting the arches of your feet will enable your ankles and legs to rotate back out over the center of your feet, thereby reducing pressure on your feet, ankles and knees.

Are You Suffering from?

• Flat Feet
• Poor Posture
• Back Pain
• Shoulder Pain
• Neck Pain
• Knee Pain
• Sore Legs
• Aching Hips
• Weak Ankles
• Tired Feet

Also suitable for the promotion of Better energy, Body balance, Good posture, Healthy joints and Confidence.

As your knees legs and hips fall into better alignment your pelvis can tip back into a more normal and relaxed position. Consequently, your lower back will experience less stress.

Less arch in your lower back will enable your upper back to straighten and your shoulders, neck and head to return to their optimal position.

As you can see, FSI Balance Supports not only help align and support your feet, but they can also take stress off all the major structures of your body caused by compensation patterns.

A properly aligned body can easily and effectively compete with gravity and ground reaction forces. Most importantly, good alignment translates to fewer aches and discomforts in your body.

Knee pain

Knee Pain is a common complaint for many people. There are several factors that can cause knee pain. Awareness and knowledge of the causes of knee pain lead to a more accurate diagnosis. Management of knee pain is in the accurate diagnosis and effective treatment for that diagnosis. Knee pain can be either referred pain or related to the knee joint itself.

There are four compartments to the knee. These are the medial and lateral tibiofemoral compartments, the patellofemoral compartment and the superior tibiofibular joint. The components of each of these compartments can suffer from repetitive strain, injury or disease. Running long distance can cause pain to the knee joint as it is high impact exercise

Referred pain is that pain perceived at a site different from its point of origin but innervated by the same spinal segment. Sometimes knee pain may be related to another area from body. For example, knee pain can come from ankle, foot, hip joints or lumbar spine. Some other diseases causing knee pain includes knee Osteoarthritis, Gout, knee Rhneumatoid Arthritis, Chondromalacia Patella, Osteochondritis,Tumors and Reactive Arthritis.
