Use with Slippers

The Balance Relaxer shoe insole balances and aligns the entire body when standing or sitting. The low lift prevents the toes from spreading out; this is why the Relaxer works well in tighter fitting shoes and high heels.

The Low lift is prefered by elderly people and people with sensitive feet. Wearing this shoe insole, makes moving around the house, getting in and out of chairs easy, by fitting into any house shoes.

Many people also wear the Balance Relaxer shoe insole in their slippers as they still offer support to the foot and help a person maintain balance.

They allow the forefoot to relax especially after wearing the Walker or Worker insole during the day.

Foot Pain is a common complaint, and it can have many causes. Bones, ligaments, tendons, muscles, fascia, toenail beds, nerves, blood vessels, or skin can be the source of foot pain. The most common cause of foot pain is wearing ill fitting shoes. Women often wear tight shoes that are narrow and constrictive, and thus are most prone to foot problems.
Tight shoes often cause overcrowding of toes and result in a variety of structural defects. The next most common cause of feet disease is overuse or traumatic injuries. A removable shoe insole otherwise known as a foot orthoses, accomplishes many number of purposes, including daily wear comfort, foot and joint pain relief from arthritis,

Other causes such as orthopedic correction, smell reduction and athletic performance can be attended with proper shoe insoles. As a means of treatment and prevention of further injury, orthoses and shoe insoles are widely prescribed to alter the pattern of lower extremity joints’ alignment and movement.
